If this is an AFTER-HOURS MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY (i.e. your heat is out and the temperature is below 32 degrees; or there is uncontrollable flooding), please call 734-320-5285.
For other emergencies (such as fire, medical, etc) please call 911.
This form is for non-emergency requests only.
We will do our best to schedule repairs as soon as possible.
Please note that it is the tenant's responsibility to keep units clean and to use and operate all appliances, equipment and systems in a safe and reasonable manner. Any damage, repairs or service calls caused by the failure of the tenant to do so, may result in a service charge to the tenant. Per our lease, tenants are expected to handle the following maintenance items on their own. Should a request be submitted for any of the following items, such services may result in a nominal charge to tenants:
Changing light bulbs and furnace filters
Garbage disposal, drain, sink or toilet clogs
Minor pest control such as setting out ant or mouse traps
